CHARGER CHECK
• While charging a 12/24 volt battery with a battery charger, connect the "Battery Checker" to the battery terminals (red to positive & black to negative). When the red light against "Charger Check" is lit, charging is complete.
ALTERNATOR CHECK
• To check the charging circuit of a 12/24 Volt Battery Vehicle, connect the "Battery Checker" to the battery terminals (red to positive & black to negative). Accelerate your engine TO 2000 rpm, if the red light against "Alternator Check" is lit, the charging circuit is OK.
BATTERY CHECK
• An accurate indication of a battery's state of charge will only be possible if the battery has not been charged or discharged for at least 30 minutes. To check the state of charge of a 12/24 Volt battery, connect the "Battery Checker" to the battery terminals (red to positive & black to negative). If none of the red lights are lit, check the connection of the clips to the battery. The red lights will indicate the approximate percentage charge in the battery.

Processing Time
All orders are generally processed & shipped out within 1 – 3 working days.
Express order will be processed and shipped within 8 working hours of a business day at a flat rate [SG$10.00].

1. Normal Day
- If the order received on Monday 9am (Weekday operating hour: 9am - 5pm) the order will be delivered by 5pm on the same day.
- If the order received on Monday 3pm (Weekday operating hour: 9am - 5pm) the order will be delivered by 3pm on the next day(Tuesday).
2. Weekend or Singapore Public Holiday
If the order received on Saturday 10am (Saturday operation hour: 9am - 12pm) the order will only be delivered before 5pm on following Monday. (If Monday is a Public Holiday, the order will be delivered on Tuesday before 5pm)

Courier
Our Courier will deliver your goods on Monday to Sunday not including Singapore Public Holiday. The hour of delivery will be from 9am - 9pm.
Our courier/shipping will require a signature on receipt on your parcel.
In any event, if you are not at home and request to leave the parcel unattended, it is important to specify somewhere the courier can leave the parcel but at your own risk.
Our courier will make two (2) delivery attempts for your order. On the 3rd delivery attempts and beyond, a delivery of SG$3.00 will be impose on each attempt of the delivery.

The shipping of our products are within Singapore only. No international shipping options are currently available.
Shipping can only be shipped to a valid street addresses.
