FAN OPERATION
Plug into any AC 220-240V, 50Hz source, ensure that the plug and the socket fit well. You can operate the appliance by the dial control panel.

2 + SWING: High Speed with Automatic Left-Right Oscillation
In oscillation mode (SWING), the fan automatically oscillates approximately 65 degrees from the Left direction to the Right direction, and vice versa.
2. Tilting Angle Up-Down Adjustment
The wind angle of the fan can be adjustable by pressing the fan head up or down. You can operate the up/down angle of the fan head manually for about 90°.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
• Always unplug the fan before cleaning.
• Use only a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe and clean the outer surfaces of the fan.
• Ensure that the fan is switched OFF from the supply mains before removing the guard.
• To clean between the fan guard grilles, we recommend using a flexible dust wand, vacuum cleaner or compressed air to gently remove the dust.
• DO NOT immerse the fan in water and never allow water to drip into the motor housing.
• DO NOT use gasoline, paint thinner, cleaning agents or other chemicals to clean the fan.
• For storage, you may leave the fan assembled and covered to protect it from dusr. Store the fan in a cool, dry place.

Processing Time
All orders are generally processed & shipped out within 1 – 3 working days.
Express order will be processed and shipped within 8 working hours of a business day at a flat rate [SG$10.00].

1. Normal Day
- If the order received on Monday 9am (Weekday operating hour: 9am - 5pm) the order will be delivered by 5pm on the same day.
- If the order received on Monday 3pm (Weekday operating hour: 9am - 5pm) the order will be delivered by 3pm on the next day(Tuesday).
2. Weekend or Singapore Public Holiday
If the order received on Saturday 10am (Saturday operation hour: 9am - 12pm) the order will only be delivered before 5pm on following Monday. (If Monday is a Public Holiday, the order will be delivered on Tuesday before 5pm)

Courier
Our Courier will deliver your goods on Monday to Sunday not including Singapore Public Holiday. The hour of delivery will be from 9am - 9pm.
Our courier/shipping will require a signature on receipt on your parcel.
In any event, if you are not at home and request to leave the parcel unattended, it is important to specify somewhere the courier can leave the parcel but at your own risk.
Our courier will make two (2) delivery attempts for your order. On the 3rd delivery attempts and beyond, a delivery of SG$3.00 will be impose on each attempt of the delivery.
