Warranty, Exchange and Return Policy

Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Limited warranty from Hean Lee Radio Service Pte Ltd applies to SOUNDTEOH ELECTRONIC and SOUNDTECH appliance with a valid warranty registration.

2. Warranty must be submitted online within seven(7) days of purchase to be valid. Submit online: https://soundteoh.sg. Your SOUNDTEOH ELECTRONIC or SOUNDTECH appliance under the stated warranty serial number is warranted against manufacturing defects, including electrical parts, with a validity period from the date of purchase. The warranty duration for each product is indicated on its packaging.

3. After warranty is registered online, a copy of proof of purchase of the product and warranty registration confirmation email must be presented when requesting for warranty service/repair. This warranty shall not be transferable, negotiable or assignable to any third party.

4. This warranty only covers normal usage of the appliance and defects in material due to workmanship.

5. This warranty does not cover loss and immediately becomes void if damage to the appliance including appearance is due to accident, abuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, improper installation, wrong electrical supply, unauthorized repair, modification, acts of god, fire, civil unrest, usage not accordance with operation instruction manual and any other forms or misuse.

6. Any transportation, handling, delivery or other incidental charges incurred in respect of the appliance sent in for servicing shall be borne by the purchaser. The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Hean Lee Radio Service Pte Ltd shall bear no responsibility for any product not bearing the SOUNDTEOH ELECTRONIC or SOUNDTECH brand and any other peripherals used in connection with the appliance.

7. Hean Lee Radio Service Pte Ltd reserves the right to compensate the buyer by way of exchange or additional repairs, whichever Hean Lee Radio Service Pte Ltd deems fit. No refunds will be issued.

8. Warranty is applicable only to SOUNDTEOH ELECTRONIC and SOUNDTECH products registered online with valid warranty.

9. Hean Lee Radio Service Pte Ltd service care centre will contact customers for collection within seven(7) days from the date stated on the service receipt, otherwise informed. Serviced appliance not collected within twenty-one(21) days from the date stated on the service receipt will be disposed without prior notice.

For Fan Category:

The warranty does not cover the followings, not limited to:

• Damage to the appliance including appearance is due to accident, abuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, improper installation, wrong electrical supply, unauthorized repair, modification, acts of god, fire, civil unrest, usage not accordance with operation instruction manual and any other forms or misuse.

Consumables such as Fan Blades, Guards, Knobs, Remote Controllers, Batteries, Plastic Covers / Casings, Fasteners.

Cleaning, reconditioning or lubrication.

Charges such as transportation, installation, dismantling, or labour.

Products with its model number, serial number defaced, removed, or altered.

Returns Policy

Return Period:

You may return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

Important:

Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:

  • Products showing obvious signs of use
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

If your refund is late or missing:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to post.
  3. Contact your bank for processing delays.
  4. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@heanlee.com.sg.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@heanlee.com.sg and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once it is received.

If the gift was not marked as such, or was shipped to the giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanges may vary.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
