1. What payment methods do you accept?

3. Do you offer self-collection?

Yes, if available at checkout. You’ll receive a ready-for-collection notification when your order is prepared.

We offer Standard Shipping, Express Shipping and Self Pick Up.

2. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.
Express delivery (if selected) may take 1 working days

3. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

4. Can I request a specific delivery time?

We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times as our drivers handle many deliveries each day and follow fixed routes based on the most efficient road direction.

1. How to Register Warranty?

2. What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product is found defective during the warranty period, we will repair it according to our policy.

Warranty duration depends on the product category, you can find the warranty period on the packaging box. 

3 .What if my warranty period is over?

If your warranty has expired, we can still assist with paid servicing or repair, depending on the product condition and availability of spare parts.
You may contact us with your product model and a brief description of the issue, and our team will advise the repair cost or possible solutions.
