How to Operate?
1. Tap the volume button to control the volume of melody. There are 5 adjustable volume levels: higher, high, medium, low and mute.
2. Tap the melody selection button to select the melody you like. There are 52 different melodies.
Code Learning
1. First, select your favorite melody by tapping the melody selection button.
2. Remove the battery cover of door chime.
3. Tap and hold the touch button, and using a small screwdriver or alternative tool to press the button located on the top left corner of battery compartment, then release both buttons.
4. Tap the touch button again. If a melody is heard, then code learning application is successful. If not, repeat the above steps to learn the code again.
Warning
1. Please do not dismantle the unit and repair it yourself. This is to avoid any breakdown of components or create hazard.
2. Please use good quality alkaline batteries.
3. Please keep the unit away from objects or areas with electromagnetic field/ moist/ high temperature.
4. The effective range of the unit depends on location, temperature and battery condition.
5. Send it to the authorized distributor if repair of unit needs to be done.

Processing Time
All orders are generally processed & shipped out within 1 – 3 working days.
Express order will be processed and shipped within 8 working hours of a business day at a flat rate [SG$10.00].
Example
1. Normal Day
- If the order received on Monday 9am (Weekday operating hour: 9am - 5pm) the order will be delivered by 5pm on the same day.
- If the order received on Monday 3pm (Weekday operating hour: 9am - 5pm) the order will be delivered by 3pm on the next day(Tuesday).
2. Weekend or Singapore Public Holiday
If the order received on Saturday 10am (Saturday operation hour: 9am - 12pm) the order will only be delivered before 5pm on following Monday. (If Monday is a Public Holiday, the order will be delivered on Tuesday before 5pm)

Courier
Our Courier will deliver your goods on Monday to Sunday not including Singapore Public Holiday. The hour of delivery will be from 9am - 9pm.
Our courier/shipping will require a signature on receipt on your parcel.
In any event, if you are not at home and request to leave the parcel unattended, it is important to specify somewhere the courier can leave the parcel but at your own risk.
Our courier will make two (2) delivery attempts for your order. On the 3rd delivery attempts and beyond, a delivery of SG$3.00 will be impose on each attempt of the delivery.

The shipping of our products are within Singapore only. No international shipping options are currently available.
Shipping can only be shipped to a valid street addresses.
